Electroless Nickel Plating Shop
We run a mid-phosphorous composite electroless nickel system with eight plating tanks. We specialize in long parts and can handle lengths up to 40 feet (yes 40 feet not 40 inches!). We offer supporting services including sand blasting and heat-treating, and maintain an in-house laboratory to closely analyze bath consistency and meet rigid quality standards. All coatings are available in RoHS compliant chemistry.
